Stoked Fallout finally has a release date! Another Eden (I think). Has been on my radar forever. I know it’s a mobile game originally but I just can’t game on a phone or tablet. Can’t wait for that one either.

Is Another Eden that game that has Frog from Chrono Trigger as a character? I heard about it with a FFIX crossover, but I can’t split my mobile time between it and Octopath.
I believe so. With Masato Kato writing the story it seems.

Only to have the most amazing spoiler as the Culdcept Discord community gets news of the first new game in ten years! That and FFVII Rebirth are probably my day one purchases.
Culdcept looked good, didn’t know it’s such a long running series.
Excited for Kyoto Xanado (I love the previous game), and good to get a release date for the Aventures of Elliot.
Not much else for me though. Tons of ports of games I don’t care enough or I’d already own a PS5.

I like it a lot. It was clearly developed by Falcom’s “B-Team” but has a lot of heart.
It’s a mix of Ys-style action gameplay (though not as polished), current-world setting with supernatural elements like Persona, and Trails-style sidequesting. Cast is great, story is classic anime-style “superpowered high-schoolers fighting monsters” and they fully embrace it, I love how they even replay the game opening at the beginning of each chapter as it if was a new “Episode”.
The OST is amazing.
Yeah, have heard similar things before. It’s already on my list, but as you know I have a very long list, but with sequel coming out soon will bump it up.
I’m struggling to understand all the negative reactions. The schedule after April is empty; you can be sure Nintendo is preparing announcements for before then.
The Partner Showcase will bring us a ton of third-party games. This is excellent news for the console’s catalog and its representation to other studios. If the Nintendo Switch 2 manages to become a major console for third-party games, it could have a significant impact on the video game market and, consequently, allow us to discover even more experiences.
Let’s not underestimate the upcoming Partner Showcases. They could be crucial.
As someone who doesn’t follow much social media, I thought it was pretty good.
I would’ve been annoyed if this was an official Direct, but this was the Partner Direct, and it showed a good variety of games, IMO. I remember when these were filled with half a dozen different farming games and everyone used to complain about it, now there’s a good mixture of games from different genres, including AAA.
Finally good bomberman for a good couch coop console ❤️
Pretty disappointed that Duskbloods didn’t make an appearance. The direct was mostly more anime games and ports, I was hoping for more.

At least the GBA games can be played through the NSO now.
