Take a look at the list of wars over the past few decades. Sure the US shows up and they are a problem but they are hardly alone in that. This is why I said everyone needs to refuse because with even a small number not refusing you can’t have peace.
Look at the List of Wars over the past century and a half. The US is the most frequent followed by the British and Russians. These 3 countries account for most of the problem.

You’re not wrong, it’s just that that statement historically doesn’t apply to the US. Very few US wars started because we were attacked.
