This amuses me highly as, where I’m from, a ‘chud’ is an alternative name for a chewing gum. So to me, a “re-chud” reads as someone who has picked a used chrewing gum from under the table and chews it themselves.
What area has that terminology?
I’ve heard people refer to chewing gum a “cud” because that’s what you call the regurgitated food a cow chews on. But I haven’t heard that in a long time. It’s a term farmers would be familiar with.

Each state in India has its own police force. You don’t know where this group’s admin lives (except that he’s probably from a Hindi-speaking state, but there are like ten of them).

There’s no evidence he has done anything illegal. Police don’t do anything unless you have pretty strong evidence (or some VIP asks them to).
