    The organ that processes pheromones in most mammals isn’t functional in humans

    I think the main issue is that there’s no such thing as human pheromones… so whether we might be able to perceive them if they existed is entirely academic.

    We are however capable of smelling body odours, and some of them are linked to sexual attraction or mate suitability and only appear after puberty.
