    I can say that I personally like prediction markets. They’re a fun way to waste $20 with your friends. But I don’t like the negative societal effects that they cause from the behaviour they encourage. And they most certainly are a form of gambling.

    Court rulings can only do so much. There needs to be national legislation on this.
