Another AI project that will probably be dead in a few months. Also open core not open source as many of the features are not available via self-hosted version.
Self-hosted version which source is available and hosted-version which is not public, are not the same. Or at the very least, planned to not be the same by your own admission as you talked publically about planning on adding paid-only features to hosted version.
Take out “AI features” and you are left with nothing, so yeah, AI project… It also relies on proprietary AI models that you don’t own, so it can stop working at any point and that would be out of your control.

It’s exactly because of capitalism that everyone is using it. Adobe bought off and killed all alternatives projects. So most people are now dependent on Adobe for their workflows. There are alternatives now, but people are still being dumbasses and are sticking with Adobe instead of taking a small loss to re-learn with alternatives.
Artists are dumb enough to still use Adobe, so they probably get away with it.

I think you are confusing Lina Khan from FTC. Jessica Rosenworcel is the FCC chair.
There is no saving people that try to counter genocide with a blocked school argument.
So what you are saying is that calling out the terrorist state of Israel that is committing a genocide is antisemitic? But you are not wrong about propaganda on social media, you are just wrong about which side spreads it. Israel spends a lot of money on it.
You can ask for the judge to recuse, but they can just say no. And then you have to appeal which can take years.
United States of America.
60% of all China’s chips are made by TSMC. It’s very well known…
EDIT: To clarify, by well known I meant in Taiwan/China, not that it should be well known to regular people.
This is why it makes sense for specifically private companies that are solo owned. It’s not uncommon that resources get shifted from one to the other as they are often treated as personal not corporate assets.
USA has been stepping up their enforcement the last few years, but they got their hands tied after Supreme Court overturned Chevron. So you’re probably right.
Already is under DSA. It’s up to 6% of global annual revenue.
As long as they exclude publically traded companies where there isn’t a single controlling party this sounds like a good idea. Scary for those that like to ignore laws, but good for everyone else.
