I don’t mean to sound like a dick, since I am aware the alphabet soup orgs are a legitimate force of evil towards humanity, but is that CIA project real? I’m reading some dude’s substack and he talks about some outlandish things in between the somewhat believable parts.

The voice of God thing is real at least. It shoots sound waves like a laser so that one person is targeted directly while nobody else can hear it. Though, last I knew, the tech is relatively the size of a cell phone and would be a bit conspicuous. It also needs line of sight, so if you could aim it remotely and put it in the rafters of like a museum or other place with high ceilings, it would work, but it’d be rather case sensitive.

You’d probably have to evaluate each claim, and evaluate the details of each claim. I remember thinking how outrageous destabilizing seven sovereign states seemed, and that the Dems were in on it. Then I found out about PNAC and saw Dems participating.

I’d be interested in that substack, please.
