U.S. Central Intelligence Agency Director John Ratcliffe visited Moscow on Tuesday for meetings, in what would be his first known visit to Russia as CIA head, U.S. media reported.

    I doubt anything will come out of it. The US is likely trying to get a freeze again, and Russia obviously isn’t going to go for it.
