Do you know where Gary Indiana is on this map, and what its demographics are?

Edit: I’m not pretending to not understand the implications of Republicans winning. I hate Republicans and I am very well aware of the effects of the party on people. My point is that Gary Indiana is one of the poorest cities in America and has some of the highest black population in the state of Indiana. Indiana was once a stronghold for the KKK. Gary is closer to Chicago than it is to any other major city in Indiana. Illinois was a blue state in 2024.

So, does a predominantly poor, and black city deserve the effects of a Trump presidency because their overwhelmingly white and historically racist state voted Republican? Because linking to the electoral results without noting that Gary did not vote with the rest of the state seems to imply that.
