do they openly say why? i skimmed the document itself and it seems like the same quack justifications from back in the pandemic about vaccines.
I believe the true explanation is kept under wraps as it’s counter to many other aims of the project, such as defunding alternative energy and increasing fossils fuel use. Meaning, it all comes down to the planet being at or already past it’s limits and they want to control who will survive societal collapse along with them.
