Meta CTO Andrew Bosworth tells employees he’d rather see AI productivity gains spent building more products than taking more time off.

They don’t actually care if it makes employees more productive. What matters is that they can pretend it does and use this as a pretext to demand more work from them.
Or fire them. I think either one works for them.
Which in turn creates a job market that gives employers maximum power.
