    Everything is about moderation

that is not true at all.

just that things that are physically bad for you can absolutely be used in moderation for enjoyment and that’s important too.

that’s juat terrible advice, ask any drug addict, or alcoholic or watch the video by Yul Brynner

I’m not saying don’t do it, I am suggeatibg encourgaing people to do stupid shit is a terrible thing to do.

    https://www.cancer.org.au/cancer-information/causes-and-prevention/diet-and-exercise/limit-alcohol

There is convincing evidence that drinking any type of alcohol (beer, wine or spirits) increases the risk of cancers of the bowel, breast, mouth, throat, voice box, oesophagus (food pipe) and liver. The risk is even higher for some of these cancers in smokers who consume alcohol.

Even drinking small amounts of alcohol increases your cancer risk.

I’m literally saying that moderation is crucial. Drug addicts and alcoholics by their very definition are not doing things in moderation.

You can do “healthy” things to excess as well, you can exercise too much, you can literally breathe too much, so don’t go using an extreme as an example as to why something is bad.
