I remember back in the day when i spent 23 hrs a day on a mmo. I got top of server and realized wtf was point. I hope that everyone one of these poor souls reaches that point too.
It’s a good idea but I think many professions are killing the love people have for it. For example, I liked tech until it become full of meetings, scrum, bad managers, stress, reorgs, and so on.

Scrum made my workplace better. It is run by peers, not management though.
Amen. Not many ppl are so fortunate to find stable place or even the mobility to go find it but if you do it’s great.
False. I’m a decade out and I’m mostly still enjoying the learning and the challenge of it all.
