If you want drivers to behave a certain way, hire your own damn drivers. Gig workers aren’t employees.

I’m sure being forced to use an AI system is annoying, but Door Dash drivers “gaming” the system are just doing what makes sense. If you want drivers to behave a certain way, hire your own damn drivers. Gig workers aren’t employees.
