This appears to be a CIA copy of an AP article about unsourced claims in a book… not very strong evidence.
I mean it could certainly be true but people really need to stop looking at everything released by the CIA and assuming it was written and verified by them. They had all sorts of files in their archives, although the fact that they chose to archive this is itself a bit interesting.
