Imo at this point it doesn’t matter. He’s gonna do whatever the fuck he wants whether Congress, the Senate, or even the Supreme Court tell him otherwise.
Shit’s been hitting the fan for a while, it just hasn’t gotten to a full spray yet, but it’s about to. We need to get this shit over with and rip the bandaid off.
