It’s not comemntary though, it’s reporting - they made a claim (Ice hated, agents terrified) and then the rest of the article are examples of ice doing and saying things that support that claim. They’re not condemning it because that isn’t their goal, the goal is to show evidence of ICE’s response to being widely condemned and generally reviled for being violent tools of a fascist state.
