It’s pretty widespread across the whole IT industry really. I’m really regretting my career choice. The industry killed my passion for it.
Not to be a Debby downer but I used to work in the game industry and they haven’t said anything new that we didn’t say back then.
There has always been some protest/call for change since I left the industry in 2015. It’s like the film industry, there’s always fresh suckers who will get taken advantage of and those who are burnt out will leave.
I’m politely rooting but I’ve moved on years ago.
