    You’d need to care about exercise and your body for the trend to be useful for you

        if you do any serious working out you need protein supplements. I’m glad you don’t. but those of us that do find them invaluable for recovery and muscle growth.

        i don’t consume plant protein though, it’s nasty and not very good. i only do whey protein.
