Alright,
It’s painful how Reddit that is…
So,
Now,
Alright,
Here I am, emissions the size of a small country, and they ask me to count letters…
I still don’t get any ads on YouTube using ad blockers on Firefox and greyjay on mobile.
I never got hit by Google’s anti Firefox bollocks. Maybe cos I’m not in the US, dunno.
I was on emby some time ago and got sick of user issues, I tried jellyfin before that but it was worse. Very interested to know how both compare to Plex now (since maybe 4ish years ago) as I’d be very open to switching back.
I think I’d avoid emby though as I found the developer to be an annoying weirdo at times when trying to communicate.
I’m sure I’ve seen something like this, like a Bluetooth noise box, powered by batteries…
Ah at least couldn’t provides the relief of certainty. I won’t ask you then
Reading this I just realised I can no longer tell if Americans mean could or couldn’t when they type could.
Also here in Europe this is the type of construction we use for a garden shed, not a house.
Even when we do modern timber frame, it’s generally still brick or block at the bottom. How long do these houses last in the US? I imagine a lot of the continent is pretty humid
They said cheapest, not fastest. Ain’t no UK business got railgun delivery money…
Yeah, how would suing something that can’t feel pain help you get it up…
Sure it’s nice to hear and all but I wrote them off a long time ago and this does nothing to make up for terrible ethics.
Yeah I’ll give it a go on my machine soon. I only run win in a VM with a gfx card passed through these days anyway just to use some software I have no option for, so didn’t really give it too much thought as there is no data on that system worth stealing anyway. But good to hear its oss.
I’ve steered away from these as a hangover of trust issues back from the old XP ‘lite’ ISO days. However since Microsoft is clearly the main source of malware on windows these days I think its time to let that go…
Lol was pretty much my first thought.
Some people thought the same about Amazon, providing them a huge marketplace to sell on… Then Amazon cloned the products which sold well and undercut to force those sellers out of business before hiking the prices back up again.
I would have interpreted that as ‘prolapse’
Good thing no one is expecting me to provide translations
It has been very good & stable over the last few years. I switched because kbuntus ancient kernel caused me issues so I needed something more current, and its worked ever since so I never looked elsewhere. Running Linux isn’t a hobby for me, these are my work systems, so I don’t hop without a push.
Edit: I’ve just rolled out fedora 40 and plasma 6 is running great
Been running KDE on fedora for the last 6 years after giving up on everything Ubuntu based back then. Haven’t thought to look elsewhere since as its been just fine
Of my messages and contact numbers? Not doing that
But its easy to find, just click the 3 bars next to the connected device and select SMS messages. KDE connect requires the app installed on the device to pair
KDE connect made communicating with the couple people I know who still use SMS bearable
It’s the best.
Being able to communicate with apple users who are still clinging on to sms with a keyboard is great. I detest typing on touchscreens.
