I think this type of posts will have an opposite impact to what we want, we are just giving it the attention it needs to become what it was on Reddit, my recommendation? Block it immediately.
A kbin API is in the works, if we manage to make it compatible with lemmy this app would be usable for kbin as well.
Great news!, if kbin implements a lemmy-like api (which is being discussed) this app would be entirely compatible as well!
Not anymore, they lost me with all these interviews, spez showed his true colors, he is a piece of shit and doesn’t deserve my money. I rather support kbin or lemmy, I’ve always been a FOSS enthusiast.

I’m so glad that me deleting my account made them mad, I’m so glad it hurt them
I’m rooted, give me a bit and I’ll try to patch it for you
Revanced all the way
Different sorting algorithm? But yeah I agree, the hot feed on kbin feels more active with posts as new as 30 mins.
But yeah keep going back to their site and watch their ads, that’ll show them for sure.
Why are rpis hard to find? Are they not making as many anymore?
I like microblogging platforms; they allow me to get information faster (albeit less information) than these types of posts.
I chose kbin, loved the integration with mastodon
I felt sad at first. When I saw that disaster of AMA it motivated me to just leave and delete my account.
I was a lurker on Reddit but here I get to participate and you really feel heard.
That AMA motivated me to delete my reddit account all together.
So I managed to get the extension to an usable state.
It adds that little kbin icon to the beginning of the url or mention, if you click that icon you will go to the kbin link of that community. It works for all websites so if you are browsing on a lemmy site it should work there too.
I am currently working on testing it and publishing it to the chrome and firefox stores.
So what should be easier now is finding those communities/magazines, maybe on a post of one of these communities with links to the other ones
Funny thing is, this is exactly what reddit wants. When it’s time to show the traffic after API shutdown they’ll show the traffic of all the users that are protesting, and guess what, it’ll be higher than before the API shutdown
