Yeah, I used to use PIA right up to the buyout. Actually had them email me asking why, tried to make assurances that nothing would change, nope I don’t trust Kape. Still don’t.
They’re going to be waiting for a long, long time then.
Get your shit on steam and stop making that stupid PSN network that leaked my information that I’m still dealing with to this day a requirement to play your first party games.
Still, the BYD figure is nothing to be scoffed at.
Are they also all born on January first?
Replace “games” with “executives” and the sentence makes complete sense.
Just a guess with Sony executives would try to save face and exert some perceived control over their PSN ecosystem.
Not really.
They’re waiving the requirement for this game, the upcoming Ghost of Tsushima still requires a PSN account to play the multiplayer DLC and we don’t know what the actually no requirement for PSN on Helldivers 2 is yet. My guess is that while we don’t have to sign up, cross play will be disabled, which will of course hurt PSN players more than PC players.
I have no confidence in Sony or any AAA publisher to do the right thing when executives with MBA’s and shareholder profits tied to their bonuses are involved but I’ll take a win if for this one little battle, the consumers won out.
Same here. For me, not only has the CEO been erratic as all heck, the tech has stalled out and I don’t see any improvements and the other car manufacturers are quickly catching up and in some cases surpassed Tesla.
It’s really sad to see the company fall so badly, so quickly but that’s what you get when you let a completely unhinged person be in charge without checks. Still nice to see his money at least kick start the EV industry to where it is today, good and bad.
Well they still are beholden to Sony executives that have no idea what gamers want unfortunately.
Yup, got my last two 10 TB drives from checking there. Shame all of these stores fronts are making it harder to aggregate data but they sure like to gather up ours with or without permission.
I thought about it but man that uncertainty still spooks me a bit. Plus I’m looking for larger drives at this point since my current home server is pretty full up on SATA connections and hdd drive space. Maybe one of these days when I can afford a full on rack system.
Man, this is really kind of annoying that the old price aggregate sites like Shucks.top aren’t working anymore. I did flop between pcpartpicker, disk prices, and just searching the sites directly and found a 16 and 18 TB WD drive for 219/285 respectively so ~14/16 dollars per TB respectively. Guess I’ll just have to go with the 16 because I’m cheap and need storage very soon.
I do know that Seagate announced HD price hikes because of “AI” related demand but who really knows.
I’d like to know exactly when you could get through driving through Wan Chai in a minute. Hell the ding ding would take a few minutes getting through it.
Given how Linux support for steam has been going I’ve just started migrating everything and just popping in to windows when I have something that doesn’t work.
I wish that was actually the case but we all know marketing works like gang busters on gamers looking for their next fix. It it wasn’t they wouldn’t be hiring psychologists and paying them mid to high six figure starting salaries.
How many psychologist posting are there for this new project?
God damn, Americans are so fucking stupid.
