I trust Doctor Pepper more than Phil.
I mean you’re welcome to believe what you believe, and if you want to string them up I wouldn’t stop you. I just don’t think killing any of these people is going to solve anything as the problem is systemic. We need to take the system and their means away from them.
That’s certainly cathartic, and I can appreciate that, but it’s not helpful.
And slash the CEO as well. Not literally of course.
Well, no. It wouldn’t be the first kanji of English. Kanji is the Japanese pronunciation of 漢字 (hanzi), where 漢 means han/China and 字 means character/letter. Ergo, it makes no sense to call it “the English language’s first and only Chinese character.”
If you need to use a Japanese word to describe this, then 絵文字 (e mo ji; picture, character/symbol) fits better, but we already have several words for that, like pictogram or pictograph. One could argue that smileys fall into this category as well. So perhaps it’s a smiley.
It’s not private given that they require your phone number to sign up.
Wow you unlocked a memory in me. I recall doing something similar but using some send command to do the same with any computer logged in and on the network.
Week after that I met a dude from municipal school IT support and that’s when I first learned about Linux. He had Red Hat on his laptop and he was happy to talk about it. Very cool dude.
I don’t think she should be earning so much, but varannandagsutdelning does actually make sense with how few letters get sent (even though I’d also prefer daily delivery). But crazy that stamp prices have also basically doubled.
I think the main issue I have is that this also applies to time critical post, and thus post can arrive too late.
But just like with so many other public service things and agencies, Sweden is determined to make a paper profit. Vinstkrav. Would be cool if SJ for example was allowed to sell their train tickets for cheaper prices, but nope, they need to make at least 10% profit or something around that.
When it comes to essential infrastructure it makes no sense to me that they need to operate on a profit.
SEK. I make 38k a month! Thus, she makes about ~18 times more than me and then a nurse’s salary on top of that.
That’s PostNord for you. Reminder that the CEO earns ~700k a month for doing helpful things like… introducing every other day delivery of post. Hmmm.
This particular tumblr blog’s entire thing is taking poorly cropped tumblr screenshots from Pinterest and reposting them on tumblr.
I disagree. The forum is hosted by Mozilla, they have a duty to ensure it’s handled properly. If they wish to no longer maintain it, fix outstanding privacy issues and archive it.
I guess that tracks. Mozilla doesn’t care about people’s privacy after all.
Good ideas marred by a flawed execution.
Haha, oh no whatever shall I do? I can scarce keep on living knowing I won’t be able to interact with you. Such a crushing loss. 😢
It’s uncommon for men to give birth, so I’m guessing you’re saying that single mothers are the problem? Or does the father also raise their children, thus also get some culpability here? It’s almost like the problem is wide-spread and systematic.
This just reads as “not all men” which while not wrong, also just gives people an easy out. If you have a cake divided in ten pieces, and nine of those pieces are fine, but one is laced with a lethal poison, no one that’s well informed and wishes to live is going to risk eating that cake.
Your average man might not be an abusive or violent person, but how do you tell the difference? Further, there’s a lot of “good” men out there that are perfectly okay with not checking the behaviour of their friends, allowing toxic behaviour to perpetuate when they are in one of the best positions to put their foot down and say that they’re not okay with it. In so doing, while they personally might not be engaging in it, they’re still facilitating the perpetuation of it.
Not all men, perhaps, but we as a society, including all men have a repsonsibility to break down this system.
I’ve learned nothing since I got my first phone and that bad boi didn’t even have a clock.
That should be preventing dark mode out of the box. Is it not?
