Why do you only give offers to people that havent signed up? People who have an email with them but never have had any other services still dont get the offers ?

I have a HiBy R6 Pro but honestly the software on these arnt great and the screen hasnt worked properly since the within the 1st year stopping me from selecting track 2 without trouble.
