Kinda in the same boat. I bask in the gentle flow of the comments here vs. the torrent of hateful slop on Reddit. I don’t even feel the need to comment usually. Most of the time what I was going to say has already been said.

Some of the fuel pumps have a hidden mute option. The 2nd button from the top right usually mutes them for me.

Of course they slowly walked it. Have you ever tried to sprint with explosive diarrhea? The results are catastrophic.
