Haha I actually borrowed my wife’s iPad that has a logged in facebook account today because I wanted to find the hours of somewhere local where that was their only presence, and I legit laughed out loud when I saw the Meta AI search.

When justifying this, Mark explained that when Feed first went live, the very first price of feedback they got was “Fuck feed”. Like a minute after it rolled out. The next 4 pieces of feedback were also negative. The next day, security told them they couldn’t leave the building out the front door, because there was a protest going on.
Anyways, leadership does not believe in turning off AI anywhere.
