Yeah, well, too bad that the Geneva Convention disagrees with killing people in hospitals that have protected status under IHL.

You do know that both sides have to be part of geneva convention for it to be valid.

“ The Geneva Conventions apply at times of war and armed conflict to governments who have ratified its terms. The details of applicability are spelled out in Common Articles 2 and 3”

If “they broke international law first, so it’s now fine for me to” is a legitimate justification as you say, then Isreals decades of international law violations would make Oct 7th fully legitimate too.

Where was the Geneva convention on OCT7?

      Yes ill keep mentioning it.

What do you think should be done with a vicious terrorist organization who has no rules or any regard for human life or and regard for basic human decency.

How would yoy deal with a terror organization deliberately hiding within civilians and hospitals and what not. Give the other cheek? Let them continue?

No, by that logic Israel has the right to murder national socialist party members. And lo behold, they actually did.

Note I said Hammas. Not Palestinians in general.

Though by last survey of Palestinians, 80% of them support what hammas did on OCT7. But thats a different story for a different thread.

Edit: I heard yall like sources

“We asked the respondents what they thought of Hamas’ decision to launch the October the 7th offensive given its outcome so far, a vast majority (72%; 82% in the West Bank and 57% in the Gaza Strip) said it was a correct decision and 22% (12% in the West Bank and 37% in the Gaza Strip) said it was incorrect.”
