    It’s also not some grand secret that Russia is running out of front line troops, and has resorted to using mandatory conscription to refill their ranks. It’s literally public information. The Russian government puts out public notices about it…but here you are, acting all surprised? Like this is the first you’ve heard of it, and can’t believe it’s true?
