If I have no meds to take, did I take them or did I not?
No, because I CAN’T. Because I can only call it in TWO DAYS EARLY and the pharmacy now seems to take 5 DAYS TO FILL IT SO I’M OUT SEVERAL DAYS A MONTH.
My favorite part is needing to remember to call in and get the scrip renewed, but only after the doc has submitted the scrip, and within the arbitrary refill window.
A 2 day window is ridiculous tho. Sorry your pharmacy and/or state sucks (I assume, like me, you’re in the US because you’re describing a dysfunctional medical system)
I know its tough with some meds being so controlled, but your doctor may be able to “up your dose” to help cover the gap. My doc changed one of my scipts from 20mg to [20mg twice a day] so i essentially have double. Helps get me through those same issues.

I’m on a once a day pill (the generic of strattera, if you care) and strangely, if I make it a morning pill, I forget it almost every time, but as a just before bed routine, I seem to remember every single time. No idea what the difference is in my head. It’s just how it works for me, I guess?
