Mine evolved into major depression around twenty years ago, and I have had major health issues practically the whole time as well. I have never been physically or mentally healthy as an adult, and I was not doing well before that, either. So… I mean, I could always be doing even worse.
My biggest achievement in life, has been staying alive this long.
I was born in 1980, so I’ve never seen one year unequivocally better than the last. But I also know, history and progress happens in cycles. I realy want to see the next rise. I know it’ll happen eventually. That’s what keeps me going, keeps me trying.
I’ve described myself as being some kind of mild to moderatly depressed for the last 35 years.
