Neat, I’m near the top of the list. Wonder whether it’s sorted by recency, therefore making me one of the ones they created this for. Which is fair, I do like to goof and I am a socialist with malevolent hatred aimed at money hoarders.
Regex seems to be meant to catch alts. I’m certainly not hiding any of mine. If you don’t want me in your space, I’m happy to be elsewhere. Though being sneaky about the ejection feels gross in the same way as .ml’s blanket ban on communist criticism under the “don’t be rude” rule.
Though I find cm’s ban funny, considering another user impersonated them across several dozen accounts. They were likely shadowbanned because someone was messing with them. Gaps in this system are wide.
Could be as simple as “the last 3 had alts. Might as well add this one.” But I won’t speculate too hard, there might be a reason less silly than human error

The regex users are all alphabetical, but the precise ones are not, so who knows. I don’t know how/when they decide to use regex.
