idk that i fully agree. A lot of people just dont use the internet. Sure a lot of them are older, but just not being online isn’t inherently suspicious. You’d be surprised how common it is. And having those “innocent” accounts means having certains apps installed or visiting certain websites to make/maintain them. Which opens you up to surveillance via cross-site tracking and phone sensors and all sorts of things which could reveal your true leanings.
Having no online profile would also be suspicious.
Your best bet is to maintain the profile of a harmless dimwit without a whiff class consciousness.
