        Sure. I guess some memes are for in-jokes among those who read long theory books (which includes me!) and others are for actually reaching people.

      verrrry much agree.

      there are so many memes where its some “bad” person saying a thing and then some leftist responding with— three paragraphs of burogogies and-- all those words I keep misspelling.

      i just stop reading at that point.

        Memes work! They deliver a punchy message in a tiny package. I’d aim them at people who don’t already have a strong political identity and people who are unsure or wavering.
