What’s the nudity one from? When I was very young, I caught about two minutes of an anime on public television in a different language.
Did a dude knight climb up the tower wall, see her, and almost fall off? Is she changing the dressing on an arrow wound?
I didn’t really discover anime for over a decade after that so I might be misremembering the art style altogether.
But I sure filed it away as “Something Interesting”.AND?! what’s wrong with starting out with these perfectly viable/plausible plot and visual design concepts? If anything that medium was prescient. People be asploding Neo Tokyo on the regular now in their tiktoks for the memeslingery.

Uhhhh, blame! fits the bill. I’ve recently started reading it after stumbling upon the movie. This might sound like low praise, but I can’t figure out any other way to describe it without trampling over some facet of its mystique. It’s worth the time
