In accordance with material dialectics we must understand that the political positions of the workers are determined in part both by their material conditions and by constant capitalist conditioning. Therefore there are multiple means by which reactionary ideology can be removed from the workers (including but not limited to):
Improved material conditions which naturally create the conditions for revolutionary thought
Direct worker participation which leads to the worker forming a stronger connection to their fellow workers
Media as a tool to disseminate mass class consciousness (propoganda)
