ADHD, comes with Unconscious Intermittent Fasting as a passive trait
From 21-28 I feel like there was unconscious extended fasting where I only substituted liquid corn, potatoes, and wheat.
3-4 days without food, oops was often.
Now they just call it alcoholism…
How! For me it’s more like: “you get up to cook dinner and realize you’ve already snacked twice your calorie budget”
I know that I’m hungry but I’ll just do it later… probably
It’s fine… I had some coffee earlier.
My dog usually reminds me between 7 and 8 pm. He’ll start hitting me with his front paws. I think he wants to go out but nope, time for me to make some food and give him some.
