        you can actually do this if you use the postage stamp to reduce the energy consumption of the city to zero

        The maximum amount of solar energy that reaches the ground is about 1000w per square meter.
        Unless you circumvent the laws of physics to get like 10,000% efficiency there are no cities, towns, villages, or otherwise that are going to run off a postage stamp sized solar panel
