“Gimp is good but i miss the heal patch” …not really.

Resynthesize is a heal selection plugin you can add to Gimp. With many software store manager like the one from Linux Mint all you have to do is simply to add the additional components in the software page

    Just for historical info: This has been available in Gimp for a very long time. It was there for several years before Adobe copied it, and added it to Photoshop. This sort of thing tends to get forgotten.

      Ah thanks, that’s interesting. I feel like they go back and forth as far as features being “inspired” although I do have more faith in the GIMP team than Adobe going forward, as far as adding features I’ll actually use.
