    There’s poor emotional regulation but adrenalin is also self-medication. So screaming at other people gets your adrenaline up which helps you focus and feel good. Obviously unhealthy and sucks for everybody around you. Very toxic.

      All i read is shouting at people makes me feel good. Gotta go try it out.
