PS the uses of cocaine as a medication in olden days is pretty fun some times. I once saw an ad for cocaine as a “nasal anesthetic”. I bet that flew off the shelves. Seriously though, it was probably fairly expensive and diluted.

If you are wondering how lactose-free goat’s milk stacks up against regular cow milk, it has a bit less lactose. As stated, the former typically contains around 4.1 grams of lactose per 100 grams, while cow milk contains 4.7-5 grams per 100 grams

Sheep’s milk or buttermilk from cow’s milk is about the same lactose contents as goat’s milk. Less than 20% reduction.

The list of symptoms is really long for both autism and adhd and there’s significant overlap. The same goes for identified genetic risk factors (if there wasn’t I would definitely assume the genetics work was wrong). Trying to separate the two into clearly distinct categories is a good game in my view.
