      Austria is a neutral country, its military mostly provides disaster relief and humanitarian aid

      And you think they don’t need to have internal documents or spreadsheets or presentations and use computers for those?

      (They definitely have at least presentations. They showed some of them to me around my 18th birthday when I had to show up at a military base to be examined for military fitness.)
