I really do not mean to sound like an ass, but if this is even a roughly accurate description of symptoms:

    Please.

Ideally once a day, but at minimum 3 times a week:

Go for a 20 minute walk, outside.

Either dusk or dawn probably have the most mild weather.

I have been chronically depressed before.

This will not 100% guarantee fix it, not by any means, but it does help with a lot of the physical symptoms here described.

The difference between basically 0 physical activity and a light amount of regular physical activity is actually substantial.

Bring headphones and sunglasses or w/e if you need them.

Get a hat or a beanie or something if you don’t wanna do your hair.

Also, if you are regularly consuming ibuprofen… you know that too much of that shit fucks up your liver, right?

If you’re looking for mild to moderate pain relief, I would suggest instead CBD, if you can get it.

Also… set a phone timer or physical kitchen timer to go off every 2 hours and drink a cup of water, maybe make some tea.

Establishing some kind of basic routine, a structured schedule for your day, even if its just a few things, even if you miss some things some time…

    It can help.

Also, possibly consider a HappyLamp if you suffer from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder, great acronym, right?)

These are … not too expensive lamps that use bulbs that come far closer to hitting the full spectral range of the sun than most normal bulbs.

Basically, turn it on for 30 or 45 minutes in the morning, don’t stare at it, but just let it light the room, do your wakeup routine with it.

This can help with SAD, and renormalizing your circadiam rhythm (sleep schedule).

Again, not guaranteed to magically fix all your problems, but it can help, especially if the weather is very overcast for a long time.

Sleep stabilization has a massive effect.

Ibuprofen affects kidneys (acetaminophen (aka tylenol) affects liver).

A natural timer for both self-stimmimg and drinking water is chewing sugar free gum

        I know it isn’t easy… I’ve been there.

Albeit, not with leggings or cat ears, but the rest is pretty much all on point.

I … couldn’t just see this and not feel an impulse to at least outline some advice.

Chronic depression is defined as persisting for 2 years or more.

I had been diagnosed with major depressive disorder, and it persisted for more than 2 years.

Currently, over a decade later, almost 2… I am doing better.

The things I here outlined were helpful to me in getting to that point.

Ibuprofen is, yes, bad in excessive quantities, but it is also bad taking a ‘safe’ dose consistently for a very long period of time… and I did suggest an alternative, though it may not be easily accesible in all areas.

Your pain management is ultimately up to you of course, I obviously do not know the specifics of the situations of anyone here.

Ok sweetie, (I’m not your grandmother but I could be) the dehydration and low iron anemia are the big culprits for your headache and low energy and cold hands. Your poor heart is working overtime just trying to get oxygen to your body with hardly any red blood cells, that’s exhausting. So you need to do something about that iron deficiency because I’ve been there and it can get dangerous. There’s an iron/vitamin C supplement that’s little grape chewables called Barimelts, take 2 a day. If you don’t like grape, you can swallow them with a big glass of water. If you do, chew and enjoy, then drink the big glass of water. You don’t want to end up in the ER getting a blood transfusion. At a different time of day, (because it can inhibit absorption) have a glass of Metamucil, to keep your gut moving and also because it’s more water. If you have a different iron supplement you prefer that’s okay, or start eating liver and clams, but get some iron into you. You can’t do it all in one day or you’ll poison yourself, aim for 40mg/ 200% RDA daily until your blood is back to normal. Also, if excessive periods are stealing your iron, birth control pills or an IUD can possibly help with that but talk to your doctor. You won’t magically become strong and full of energy, but getting out of bed will stop seeming impossible and a walk will feel less dreadful, even uphill.

Orange juice (citric acid) helps the body absorb iron. It isn’t exactly a tasty mix but liver and onions with a tall glass of OJ will help get you more iron into your system than without the juice.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) does so also, and is present in OJ too. And yes it works best in the same meal. But the iron in liver is heme (easily digested/absorbed) so it’s less necessary. Non-heme iron from plant sources requires the acids most.

Canned clams (regular or smoked) are another good source of heme iron, and egg yolks as well.

Babe flavor your water with Crystal light or something and have a protein shake/bar. I know the chronic migraine/depression life and it helps to start somewhere even if it’s ultra simple if you can manage it.

Take your pain meds with your Cheetos and pair it with hummus or sour cream for some extra calories and decent fat to line your tummy. Hope you feel better soon 🩵

Switching over to healthier snack foods, as you suggest, was a big help for me as well.

For example, I managed to wean myself off of potato chip style snacks by replacing with trail mix.

Obviously this will not work (at all, or as well) if you have some kind of nut allergy…

But for me, you’re getting the salt, you’re getting the crunch… you’re getting way way more calories per volume, so you don’t need as much, it actually fills your stomach… and you’re getting protein and other nutrients, as well as maybe a bit of fiber if it includes like raisins or maybe chex pieces or something.

The downside to a straight switch to trail mix is that you will now literally shit bricks.

So, pair it with some real, actual fiber, a salad made from a mix of veggies, baby carrots, celery if you are a rabbit / masochist… or even maybe metamucil or some kind of fiber supplement mixed in with your drink flavoring or what not, maybe get a blender or bullet type mini mixer, and make some smoothies.

I also switched over from uh, like little debbie cake type things… to just muffins.

A muffin is a dessert, more or less, is how I began to teat them, a minature cake.

Most grocery stores have a bakery that makes some on site, also same with a deli or whatever, that may make sandwiches or some kind of refrigerator (not frozen) safe microwaveable meal… these will often be more freshly made, less hyper processed, and not too much more expensive than a frozen meal from the same store, sometimes even cheaper than some brands.

Anyway, yeah, hummus is also a great suggestion to pair with munching on many kinds of affordable veggies =D

I personally just tend to not like its taste… that often, that regularly.

My diagnosis: Raynaud’s syndrome means cold limbs. Adhd could cause a disconnect with body feelings of thirst or hunger.

She likely is living her best life unless faced with responsibility. I think the renauds would resolve itself after 3 or 4 full term pregnancies.

If you choose this relationship, you have to know the responsibility you are taking. You have to have a safe zone where responsibility is communicated (e.g. a formal handing off of kids and/or finances with paper in hand for 10 mins) daily or weekly.

There are healthy relationships with girls like this.
