Even if you’re not LGBTQ+, that flick just kicks ass.
“LGBTQ MUST WATCH IT RN!!!”
no :3
Okay, not rn.
But do, because it is godly and amazing and lovable and incredible and cute and deserving.
Like you.
cutest message ive ever received on lemmy🥺
I also can’t right now, I’m going to bed, is tomorrow good enough?
I’ll give you an extension this once, but try not to make a habit of it.
nimona my beloved
And then watch Shera princesses of power created by the same person. Also a banger
They what?
I didn’t know that, and I already loved both shows.
Damn, I don’t know if I should feel a little sad, since now there’s one less wonderful lgbt creator I know of. Although at least, one creator I know of, is now marked in my mind as more successful, so that’s something I guess.
was coming to say you don’t need to limit the message like that, everyone should watch it, but then I saw the community.
carry on :)
well, now i want that little heart anarchy symbol as a tattoo, and i cried a lot.
And then read the graphic novel its based on. Its way gayer
Read it on Tumblr. Can’t get much gayer than that.
Yes. The book is for monster girls.
The movie is about monster girls, and I hated the ending so much
kpop demon hunters feels also for monster girls
Yes! I enjoyed the film but I read the graphic novel first and enjoyed it more than the film.
Where can the physical version be bought worldwide?
I picked up a copy at my library. It was still really good but I ended up liking the changes that were made for the movie more than the graphic novel.
We are looking at it on bookshop.org and are dismayed to see the creator is deadnamed on the book and in the description.
:c
Is always the same shit.
Also I read the author did this
and The Fire Never Goes Out and the cocreator of Lumberjanes and was the showrunner for the award-winning Netflix series She-Ra and the Princesses of Power.
The Fire Never Goes Out, Lumberjanes: I need to check them.
I read in the wikipedia that the author started to use only masc pronouns after 2021.
Its so gooooood!
We love how it plays with the meanings of color
Yesssss
