        Wrong would be the improper term, but I wouldn’t say Biden chose to pardon that person exactly. A bipartisan bill was written and signed by Trump that guaranteed those people be pardoned after completing a year in home confinement. (The Cares Act). The fact that 1500 of the 3000+ they gave that deal to were still stuck in confinement 4 years after a 1 year agreement would be something that I would hate on him for though.
