I also bet there are people who haven’t already left that will abandon ship once the TPAs stop working. It’s not going to be fun getting stuck with their mediocre app, particularly since they seem to be testing the end of the mobile site.
I never realized that Minecraft used an outside musician for their songs. I always thought it was in house until one night my wife was listening to one of her sleepy time playlists and it suddenly started playing a Minecraft song. I asked why she was listening to Minecraft and she had no idea what I was talking about since she had never played the game. I checked her phone and sure enough it was on the artist’s album and not on a Minecraft one.
There is only one sub I use that has not attempted to do anything about the API issue. They stickied a post forwarded to an explanation of what is happening in support of the blackout, but it is an important time period for us so no one was going to allow a full shut down. It’s one of the few non-toxic places to discuss our fandom. Beyond that sub, the others don’t matter much to me.
Not just that but the Switch has a lot of lovely indie games that are popular among women (Gris, Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion, Spiritfarer, Cult of the Lamb). Also Hades, but everyone likes Hades.
It sort of feels like someone should download all of reddit, pull out the actual good information, and discard the rest. That’s likely an impossible task though. It would take forever.
I got this game for free from somewhere (probably one of those Epic giveaways) thinking I would play it once and never again. Instead, I got so invested. I was sure the type of survivability in it would get to me, but I enjoyed that it never became overwhelming. Well, it did, but not in a bad way lol.
RimWorld is the perfect game to me to be honest. With all of the mods that exist as well as the DLC, I can literally make it however I want. It’s one of the few games I have owned for years and still play.
What really irritates me is that I pay for YouTube TV because it’s the cheapest option out of all “cable-like” plans, and yet I am not allowed any benefits on actual YouTube. It’s ridiculous that I am already paying well over the premium amount so why do I have to watch more ads?
