Trans people being for pansexuals is a common trope in queer pandering media. They specifically pair trans people with pansexuals, so they can be inclusive, but in the specific way that doesn’t ask their mostly cis and straight audience to question their own sexuality, because that might make them uncomfortable.

Its not a reflection of reality. Hot women are hot, hot men are hot, regardless of how they got there.

Edit: I disagree with the ban. It isn’t transphobic to be misinformed. They even phrased it as a question, and didn’t argue their position any further. They sounded genuinely confused about the terms, and every other reply seemed to have drawn the same conclusion.

If a woman gets her breasts out she’s probably comf with you touching her. You can ask if you’re unsure, after all, consent is sexy.

Many women enjoy having their breasts touched by people they like. Don’t assume that your own uncomf is experenced be everyone else!

Thunderbird is american. Its run by mozilla, which is a california based non-profit. So still american not EU. But also its an email client, whereas gmail is an online email service provider. There are EU based email services that should be listed instead.

The doctrine is called force majeure. Most contracts have a force majeure clause.

If an external factor makes a contract impossible as agreed, the contract can be made void under force majeure. This is very common, and suddenly applied tariffs would likely be covered by a force majeure clause because neither party were responsible for them.

I kind of wonder what the worst possible flower to have as a name. I would say begonia. Very pretty flower, not so pretty of a word.

The US did issue passports with an x gender marker. The first one was issued in 2021 after a lawsuit, and the option was on the official paperwork in 2022. Most would usually advise against doing so as many countries do not recognize the X gender, and would deny entry as a result. Be aware of where you want to travel and that those countries are accepting before you commit to the X marker.

That’s a complicated question with a long answer! The primary reason is ideological similarities between me and Ada’s excellent team of admins. I am on good terms with Ada and her team, and have gotten her consent to do this.

How does this work?
Currently, as there is not an easy way to transfer an entire account (trust me, I checked), so I am logging out of the old account, and moving my focus to the hildegarde on lemmy.blahaj.zone. For you guys, functionally nothing has changed.

What about the posts?
Well, I tried to transfer them, but there was no real way to do so without absolutely destroying my brain’s sanity. For this reason, I am simply ignoring the old account. Everything is staying up. Direct messages are still enabled, but I’m not going to read them or anything.
