Don’t, especially not with water. All it will do is create a breading ground for bacteria and lead to an ear infection. Trust me, they aren’t fun.

If you are using disposable earplugs, then throw them away. I used to wash and reuse them, and got some nasty ear infections as a result. It’s just not worth it. It would be batter to buy a pair of loop earplugs.
Very deep and sub bass. Both travel through the ground more than the air, so not only does it go far and wide, it’s also very hard to block. I can use earplugs for most loud music, but even a combo of earplugs, gun mufflers, and a white noise machine is just rendered ineffective against deep/sub bass. On top of being extremely annoying, it’s also not really good for your health.
