In a small shop where people really know and trust each other and all have high quality standards and would never break main - is code review necessary and for what purposes if so?

Where do you live/what do you work with? I must say that for my customers - developing a secure, accessible and high quality product is what you have to deliver. They will not accept anything less. This is fantastic for me as a developer, product owner and CTO.
