Well, the few times I tried THC I always have been invited, so I don’t know the ratio. And the CBD I sometimes get is from Austria. They never said anything about THC on it, if I’m not mistaken. But from what I know, only female pants produce the THC, so it should always have been as THC reduced as the plant can grow it.

Well I bought CBD a few times now and roll it like a cigarette. It relieves stress very well and calms down - that’s basically all CBD does. I can not handle THC but I have great experience with a CBD cigarette once every 6 months or so.
And you’re forced to create an account to use it. At least it did a few months back
Yeah I remember the Simple App suite. At first it was just Gallery, then the paid bundle in Google Play, and later other apps followed. I think LeafPic has a super interesting UI, but that one is proprietary.
I’d be interested to look into the Android side again. I’m on iOS for 5 years now, I bet there are some very nice things to discover!
It was a pretty good app until it was bought by some Chinese company and since then it all went downhill. That must have been almost 8 years ago iirc

Actually the non GUI Snaps are good. I still prefer not to use snaps but they are well done. It’s just the software for the average user that starts to suck on Ubuntu. Their focus silently shifted to cloud and server, not desktop. And it shows

They update stuff and if devs don’t update their software, usually within 2 macOS releases the software stops working. A nice example I once had was MS Office
To keep it simple one could say userspace is what the average user faces. Eg the audio engine, the desktop shell, the window tiler,… So basically the things that make your apps and make them work.
Windows 11 has the ability to natively run XP software iirc because they don’t break the underlying systems, they rather extend them.
macOS in the other hand changes stuff all the time and if a developer doesn’t catch up with that, the next macOS release will break the software.
