I’ve been using Google Voice for years. Sign up for a free number and forward voicemails to the Google number. It transcribes and allows me to keep all my voicemails no matter which carrier I switch to and it’s 100% free. The only thing I wish they still had was custom greetings depending on who calls.
The app is pretty similar to Google Photos. You can search locations, people, etc. It’s cool and works well enough, but I just use it as a secondary backup. Google Photos is still primary for me for now. I’d recommend giving it a try though. You can use the app without syncing anything just to see what it looks like first.
